Beer Description
The beer was then fermented with a mixture of Belgian, French, and English yeast strains.
Brewed in collaboration with Chateau aux Arc winery. This one-of-a-kind Farmhouse-style ale was brewed with Cynthiana grape must taken directly a fermenter at the winery in Altus, Arkansas and then added to our boil kettle.More grape must was added post fermentation and then re-fermented to create this unique and complex beer.
