Beer Description
A traditional Scottish strong ale with a Lager House twist. A small addition of peated malt imparts a very subtle, but distinct smokey and earthy flavor. A combination of dark malt and a caramelization process during brewing gives a deeper rich, malty character. At 7.5 ABV with an undertone of sweetness, this monthly offering is a gift from our brewers to you for the holiday season.
