Beer Description
This new seasonal Ipa is pretty simple and to the point. For this batch, we used Spring Optic malt to achieve a light golden color and body. Oats and wheat help give this unfiltered Ipa slight haze that we were looking for. For the hop additions we decided to use our two favorites here at Crossroads… Simcoe and Citra! Late additions to the boil let the piny and grapefruit flavors burst out. Then we pilled on even more for the dry hopping to add more aroma and flavor.
