Beer Description
This Virginia fireside IPA has a natural piney profile coming from the Chinook and Columbus hops complemented by spruce tips and pine, added to the boil.
Who says Winter Warmer beers have to be spiced imperial stouts?!? For this beer, no hops were added until the whirlpool stage of the boil, resulting in minimal bitterness and allowing the wintery, hop flavors to be showcased.
