The hops and yeast combined imparted tremendous notes of cactus cooler, papaya, fruit cocktail, orange starburst and clementine citrus.
NE / Hazy DIPA w/ Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe & Amarillo
Our latest Hazy DIPA was designed with a lean malt base, London Ale III yeast and a 5lb per bbl dry hop of Mosaic, Citra & Simcoe.The hops and yeast combined imparted tremendous notes of cactus cooler, papaya, fruit cocktail, orange starburst and clementine citrus. With intense bursts of zinginess & aromatics up front, this beer is deceptively drinkable with a clean finish.
