A strong ale to warm your insides in the dead of winter, Straight Jacket is Revolution’s barrel aged Institutionalized barleywine, part of the brewery’s Deep Woods Series. Although it’s aged for six months in Woodford Reserve barrels, this brew is surprisingly smooth, featuring deep aromas and flavors of dark stone fruits, bourbon, molasses, toasted coconut, and vanilla.
