Beer Description
A brown ale with toasted walnuts and pecans with cinnamon.
A collaboration with Grapes & Hops of Kankakee, IL. We started with a base beer of an English Brown Ale. After that we really let the creativity fly by adding an incredible dose of toasted walnuts & toasted pecans. We rounded the beer out with deep cinnamon aromatics on the nose with up front well-balanced cinnamon taste and a soft vanilla finish. Light & crisp. After all that, we ended up with what not only a human will love but also think squirrels will too.
