Firm level of bitterness and loads of citrus, pine, and resin notes from massive amounts of Cascade, Columbus, Chinook, Centennial, and Amarillo hops.
Our FIRST Triple IPA at FDR and it is a beauty. Weighing in at 10.7% ABV, deceptively smooth for its strength, this classic West Coast variant has a firm level of bitterness and loads of citrus, pine, and resin notes from massive amounts of Cascade, Columbus, Chinook, Centennial, and Amarillo hops. We added FOUR separate dry hop additions, and 54 pounds of hops total to this batch that only yielded us 3 barrels of beer β you read that right, a ridiculous 18 pounds per barrel when it was all said and done! The firm backbone of malt also lends a slight warming sensation as you finish the glass. A killer beer you donβt want to miss!
