The light and clean body allows for the hops and zest to own the show, making this a complex and easy drinking experience.
The first installment in the Project Session IPA series features Calypso hops, known for pear and apple attributes that are often uncommon in hops. This is partnered with a light addition of lime zest which brightens the existing hop character and creates an exciting complexity in the overall aromatics.
