Beer Description
They vinify in stainless steel, allow the grapes to undergo a short maceration and followed by an ageing period.
Chateau Petit Paveil sources grapes from the fertile grounds of the Gironde estuary and also from a beautiful parcel of 10 hectares located close to the river in Soussans. Their wines are classified as Bordeaux Rouge. 25% of the production is aged in new barrels on fine lees.
