Beer Description
Aromas of gingersnap, allspice and citrus with flavors white grape, orange marmalade and spice cake. Dry hopped with Motueka and Hallertau Blanc.
A special strong saison brewed with warm thoughts of friends, family and all of you, for a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year. Our classic floor-malted grains, with the addition of maize and sugar for a big beer that is still light and “digestible” as the Belgians like to say.
