Our tribute to Cincinnati’s heritage of both Irish and German immigrants, this mash-up takes the malt recipe of a classic Irish Red Ale, our German Lager yeast, and a mix of both traditional German and Irish hops to create a deep amber Lager with light caramel and toffee flavors and a dry, clean finish.
