Queens Challenge Homebrew Competition’s Brewer’s Choice winner Mark Hirst was selected to brew his prized porter with us at Rockaway.
We added 4lbs of Oslo Coffee’s Golden Tree blend (Sumatran & Ethiopian) in the brite tank. Notes of cinnamon, coconut, and chocolate.
