An American Porter that leans heavily on rye for a spicy backbone that walks hand-in-hand with residual sugars to a decadent body. This batch comes in slightly stronger, has a subtle addition of handmade Swedish caramel, and just enough bitterness was added to turn chocolate malt into dark chocolate bars. Possible moments of nostalgia to expect while consuming might include: waffle cone bowls as respirator masks, spatula cleanup after grandma’s brownie batter, and leaving the freezer door open in July after a sale on Blue Bell half gallons. We recommend letting this one warm for a minute after the initial pour for the best experience.
