Beer Description
This beer is brewed with local rhubarb and foraged staghorn sumac.
A collaboration with our friends Dmitry and Eva from Baltic Bay Wild Ales in St Petersburg Russia. Exuberant strawberry and lemon character are refined by the introduction of a spelt farmhouse ale aged in wine barrels for 12 months for a maturity surpassing its age without sacrificing its character.
