Beer Description
Very full body with a malty finish and some warmth from the alcohol.
We made a thick imperial stout using only the first runnings from the mash and added single origin coffee freshly roasted by our friends at Brü Coffeeworks in Albany Park. The Dutch cocoa and chocolate taffy notes from the Colombia Nariño – Rio Juanambú coffee combine with the dark chocolate, caramel, and graham cracker flavors from the stout to make one rich, complex brew.
