Collaboration with Haymarket Pub and Brewery in Chicago Illinois. Shaken up take on the classic German Schwartzbier. Bright floral Hallertau Mittelfruh hops balance notes of chocolate, coffee and toasted grain. Extended lagering time smooths out the drinking experience. Best enjoyed with friends.
