Beer Description
A wild fermented, sour golden ale with Sauvignon Blanc soaked oak staves. We dry-hopped with Hallertaur Blanc and Citra hops for a bright, wine-like flavor. Aromas of Pineapple lead to a finish reminiscent of wine grape must.
