Beer Description
Dhop8 is one of our most ambitious experiments to date. We created a parameter space to maximize organoleptic hop oils in the glass.
As a result of this very interesting process, this Citra/Amarillo DIPA is naturally carbonated from refermentation of sugars during dry hopping.
