Beer Description
The same base beer was brewed at each location, each using a different experimental hop variety.
Brewed in collaboration with our friends and neighbors at Drafting Table Brewing Co. in Wixom. We were pleasantly surprised that our hop variety, currently known as “Idaho Experimental #1” (until it is given an actual name by the breeders) gave this hazy session a ton of tropical aroma and flavor, think passion fruit and pineapple.
