Beer Description
Loads of dark malts dominate the base imperial stout, full of chocolate and coffee. This massive ale is then aged in oak casks previously used to mature Bowmore Whisky from Islay, Scotland. Barrel-aging adds huge woody peat notes, which grow stronger as the beer is allowed to warm. Bold and rich with unmistakable smoky peaty Islay whisky notes.
