Beer Description
What flavors could possibly supplement the amazingly complex and spicy notes from a classic Belgian yeast? How about the signature sharp and earthy notes of malted rye? How about the roasted, nutty flavors of chocolate malt? How about a nice dash of citrus hops?
The Belgian Rye seamlessly fuses some of the unique qualities of some of our favorite beers. We started with the template of a strong Belgian dark ale and interwove the flavors of chocolate and rye to deliver a new, unique creation for our fans. The manifestation delivers a full-bodied, complex, and nuanced beer. Stratified layers of malt unearth a variety of gems underneath—clove, spice, pepper, and fruit.
