Beer Description
Life is full of hidden gems. Like discovering you’re sitting atop a literal goldmine of extra hops. Or when the little sticker on pineapples instructs you how to easily cut and dice them. It’s because of these little strokes of fortune that we are able to bring you this brand-new 3xIPA. Brewed with white wheat, oats, a touch of lactose and some absurd amounts of Simcoe, Mosaic, and El Dorado. We were so pleased with its’ resinous, dank aromas that we decided the only thing that could make it better would be to re-ferment it on a boatload of fresh-pressed pineapple juice.
