Beer Description
Fatty Bampkins is produced in South Casco, Maine from fresh cider pressed at Ricker Orchards, Turner, Maine. We use six apple varieties which are pressed separately. The cider is barrel fermented in bourbon and rye barrels with three different yeasts and aged for four months in the barrels. We then blend and filter the cider to produce a crisp, clean cider.
