Beer Description
Brewed using mostly Pilsner malt with a touch of Vienna and Carahell, our Kellerbier has a smooth, lightly toasted malt character before it finishes with a firm bitterness. German Perle hops were used on the hot side for a spicy, herbal impression. Fermented with the most traditional of German lager yeasts, and dry hopped with German Mandarina for a hint of citrus.
