Beer Description
Oats and spelt create a light, hazy beer with a sweet honey and light ginger finish.
Sourcing as many local ingredients as possible, we brewed this Grisette with barley grown locally at HopRidge Farm and malted at Emergent Malt in Zeeland, MI. We bittered with Cashmere hops from Top Hops LLC and local honey from Saul Lake Apiary.
