  A secondary fermentation using sparkling wine yeast rounds out this bright, natural beauty.

  Softly sparkling and approachable. Free spirited and complex, without being complicated.

  An upfront fresh apple bouquet with enough grown up imagination and depth of character to be very interesting. Unfiltered and unfettered, straight from the tank.

  No added sulfites, colorants, sugar, sorbate or benzoate preservatives. No added malt, spirit or grape alcohols.
