Beer Description
The second entry to our Sour Series is ‘Sour Me Cherry Blossom.’ The spring blooms of cherry blossoms in Maryland are a highlight of the season every year. To pay homage we’ve drawn inspiration from a cherry blossom cocktail which leverages sweet and tart cherry juices, tart pink grapefruit, and citrusy yuzu fruit. Fuller body due to the multitude of fruit additions, but with an overall tartness and dryness, this sour will leave you craving another sip!
