Beer Description
We took our Sad Panda cider and aged it in second-use Bourbon barrels. The resulting cider is markably change. While maintaining it’s dryness, the Brux yeast characteristics have mellowed and been replaced with a crisp apple character. Light notes of oak and vanilla are present from the barrel. There’s a slight sweetness not present in the original cider.
