Beer Description
This dubious blend surprisingly expresses hop aromas of tropical fruits such as mango, passion fruit&durian that mix well w/ flavors of tart apricot&juicy peach
The eighth edition in our Dubious series, Dubious Suspect is a blend of two different batches of sour beer. The first portion was a saison that had citra, simcoe, and amarillo hops added to the whirlpool and then aged in oak barrels. These barrels were then blended with barrels of golden sour beer that were re-fermented with apricots. Suspect to how the hopped, non-fruited portion would maintain hop character with time and when combined with a fruited sour.
