Beer Description
Test Pig is the first beer in our Malaphor Series, which is a rotational sour series, made up of names of confused sayings (we tend to do this alot).
Test Pig (hybrid of test subject + guinea pig brought to you by co-owner Nikki) is a 4.9% light sour ale with soursop and tangerine. Soursop is a South American fruit with notes of mango and bananas.
