LÄCTOBÄC is our mixed culture playground. We’ve dropped the numbers and the kettle souring, but the fun remains. Fermented with Saison yeast, Lactobacillus, and Brettanomyces, this batch features fresh ginger, lemongrass, and lemon zest. Funky, drinkable, and satisfyingly summery.
