Sour – Stone Fruit – Citrus
Tender Hugs is a golden ale with generous helpings of spelt, oats, and wheat for a classic farmhouse profile. We then kettle soured with a mixed Lactobacillus culture to achieve a subtle, yet refreshing acidity. Still not satisfied with the level of spring mode, we dosed this beautiful warm weather tonic with mountains of peaches and apricots.
