Beer Description
Brewed in collaboration with Guinness Brewing Co, and George Dickel & Co.
“Sinsear”, the Gaelic translation of ‘roots.’ An Imperial Irish Red Ale infused with lemon zest and ginger, aged for five months in George Dickel Superior Number 12 Whisky barrels.
Dark mahogany in color with notes of honey, candied ginger and soft oak on the nose. Complex flavors of caramel, baking coco, subtle vanilla, blend for a dry, crisp finish.
