Fermented with a wondrously diverse array of funky cultures, aged in freshly-emptied red wine barrels, and dry-hopped with Hallertau Blanc, Amarillo, and Motueka this resoundingly delicious beer sports a hoppy, fruit-forward aroma followed by deep, funky complexity and a round, satisfying finish.
