Beer Description
Our foeder fermented grilled peach gose collab with homies Central State Brewing! Made with peaches soaked in a brown sugar slurry and grilled by bbq wizards 412Q Barbeque. Peach wood smoked white wheat malt by Sugar Creek Malt Co. rounds out the experience and adds a slight smoke note to enhance the grilled flavor of the peaches! Name inspired by Central State brewer Josh Hambright’s epic surf session at the North End.
