Beer Description
CFJ-90 is our new hazy IPA and is made with 100% Centennial hops. The name CFJ-90 references the experimental name of the hop back when Vinnie first used it in 1989. The beer is pale gold and pours almost completely opaque. The flavor and aroma have fruity, citrus and floral notes. CFJ-90 is high in bitterness despite having almost exclusively late boil (aroma) hop additions and a huge dry hop.
