Meet Aura – our Tart Belgian Ale w. Riesling (Collaboration with Ontario’s Block 3). Fermented with a blend of Belgian yeasts & finished with our house souring culture, Aura showcases pear, dry minerality from the Riesling, light vanilla, clean malt & a hint of vanilla.
