A blend of Hallertau Blanc and Nelson Sauvin hops sit atop the supple waves of flavor imparted by the finest malts and Omega’s Voss Kveik yeast.
We got together with our besties at Omega to brew this magnificently dry beast. Mega Dry Brut IPA embodies the elegant Maplewood style, a style distinguished by its bright fruitiness, its glorious palate and its exquisite nose. A blend of Hallertau Blanc and Nelson Sauvin hops sit atop the supple waves of flavor imparted by the finest malts and Omega’s Voss Kveik yeast.
