Mashup of the New England style with haze and massive dry hop of Motueka, El Dorado, Vic Secret and Mosaic balanced with West Coast style bitterness.
New England West Coast Style Pale Ale.
Conflicted with oneself? Maybe. This experimental pale ale is a mash up of the New England style with it’s haze and massive dry hop of Motueka, El Dorado, Vic Secret and Mosaic countered with assertive bitterness we know from our West Coast style ales. In contrast to the soft and juicy hop characteristics common in NEPA’s this is like sticking your head into a bag of raw hops.
