Beer Description
Named after the infamous rock single, Louie Louie is a traditional West Coast Double IPA made with non-traditional methods.
No hops were added in the boil, but a whopping 5.5lbs. per barrel were added in the whirlpool and double dry-hop, which creates a less bitter, more aromatic DIPA. The hops provide a complex mix of lemon rind, orange marmalade, tropical fruits, and berries, with a sweet malt balance.
