Beer Description
This NW style sour tripel ale was barrel aged for 11 months, then aged on several additions of Thai cinnamon and red peppercorns for another four months. Aromas of cinnamon with hints of vanilla and oak. Soft, aged creamy malts, cinnamon and a little dusty, peppery note.
