Brewed with pilsner and wheat and then soured in the kettle over night. Lightly hopped with German saphir and hallertau blanc.
Inspired by the home brew version of the Peoples Choice winner from the Hudson Valley Farmhouse Ale Competition. Cool conditioned on passionfruit and chamomile. Light, tart, and dry.
