Citrus – Belgian Spice – Pear
Collaboration w/ White Oak Brewing, this Belgian Golden Strong Ale was brewed with a very simple base of Pilsner and CaraMalt, hopped with Jarrylo and Saaz in the kettle, and left alone for the yeast to do it’s thing. Complex flavor profile of classic Belgian Spice, citrus fruit, and baked pear.
