Subtle lemon, pear, and peach-apricot sweetness is complimented by the traditional hint of spicy coriander and sea salt.
Would you believe it’s been a hideout for Jesse James, a sacred temple for Pawnee Indians and even the site of an Old West-style duel? Maybe. Maybe not. But one thing is certain. Robbers Cave was used to lager beer made by Pioneer Brewery, the first operation of its kind in Lincoln, Neb., founded in 1869.
More than a century later, we’ve restored the cave to its true calling. Inspired by the wild legends of this Nebraska landmark, the Robbers Cave Series is home to a unique, ever-changing lineup of beers.
Belonging to the family of sour wheat ales, this Gose’s subtle lemon, pear, and peach-apricot sweetness is complimented by the traditional hint of spicy coriander and sea salt that we all know and love.
