Beer Description
Interwoven Saison Our modern take on a classic style. The grains used in this saison include @admiralmaltings beautiful organic pilsner malt and a touch of spelt for a rustic, yet smooth texture. We used Saphir and Motueka hops in the whirlpool for a spicy, herbal, and lemon lime-like hop character. @bootlegbiology provided a powerful and expressive yeast blend that made the beer bloom and flourish with aromatics that include lemongrass, fresh white peppercorns, and a touch of green bananas.
