Neshaminy Creek Bee(r) School

Wheat Pale Ale brewed with Fruitwood Orchards orange blossom honey, malted wheat, and hopped with Azacca, El Dorado, Lemondrop and Mandarina Bavaria hops is bursting at the seems with huge notes of pear, kiwi, and lemon meringue pie. Fermented with a special blend of Norwegian ‘farmhouse’ yeast called Kveik, specifically a two strain Hornindal blend known for it’s tropical and stone fruit character, we couldn’t think of a better beer to release just in Philly Beer Week and the warm Summer nights to come. The end result is citrus, peach, and apricot explosion that’s reminiscent of driving around an orange farm in Florida or a peach grove in Georgia on a warm Spring day. Easy to drink would be an understatement.
