English Barleywine sat on Litchfield Distillery(CT) barrels for 6 months & tastes of mild booze, bourbon, vanilla, oak, toffee, caramel, honey and biscuit.
Loaded with 30lbs of Wildflower honey and aged in a mix of 2 and 10-year Litchfield Bourbon barrels for 6 months, our English Barleywine tastes of mild booze, bourbon, vanilla, oak, toffee, caramel, honey and biscuit. A sipper for sure.
