Nice and acidic up front, transitioning into a nice round strawberry flavor backed up with a nice complementary vanilla flavor.
Everyone loves pastry stouts right now, so we decided to go our own kinda route in that style, and make a pastry sour. Thinking back to flavors we enjoyed as kids, before we ruined our livers, credit, and criminal records and settled on strawberry shortcakes to play with this fun new style.This beer is nice and acidic up front, transitioning into a nice round strawberry flavor backed up with a nice complementary vanilla flavor. This bitch is really good, especially when its hot out, sitting next to a pool, contemplating the bad decisions that you’ll make later that day. Enjoy a bunch of them while you can, because they won’t last long. So grab a pint or can, drink like you’re not gonna be here long, and drink promiscuously friends!
