Beer Description
Just brewed and kegged this week — this jammy treat is loaded with over fifty pounds of whole Blackberries per barrel! Lazy Duck Quacks are our line of tart ales, with big flavors, and this one doesn’t disappoint. We start by brewing a barely & wheat wort, then sour it using our solera-ish house culture in our fermenter until a tropical, bright, dynamic tang emerges, then we pump it back into a kettle, boil, and finally back into another fermenter for fermentation and fruit conditioning. A semi-quick sour, but a lingering taste that is sure to dazzle.
